Full creative support, without building a creative team.

I help B2B and DTC teams reach more leads and customers with sales and marketing content using traditional and AI design process.

Three things, and they work better together.

Most teams hire a designer, then a video editor, then someone to post it all. I do the whole loop, which means the creative and the calendar are built from the same strategy instead of meeting for the first time on publish day.

Graphic design

Brand systems and performance creative. I design for the place the work will actually live — a carousel that holds up on a small screen, a logo that survives being printed at 2cm, an ad that still reads with the sound off.

  • Brand identity, logo systems and guidelines
  • Paid social creative built in testable variants
  • Carousels, static posts and story frames
  • Pitch decks, one-pagers and sales collateral
  • Source files handed over, always

AI content creation

I use AI to get to volume fast, then edit hard. It gets me thirty openings to choose from instead of three, and it drafts the fourth caption at 4pm when my judgement is worse than it was at nine. What ships is still chosen and reworked by me — the tool is how I get there, not who decides.

  • High-volume ad and caption variants for testing
  • AI-assisted visuals, then retouched to brand
  • Repurposing one long video into a month of cuts
  • Custom prompt systems your team can reuse
  • A written record of what was AI-assisted and what wasn't

Social media management

Strategy, calendar, publishing and the reporting that tells you what to make next. I'd rather post four things that were worth making than thirty that filled a grid, and I'll show you the numbers either way.

  • Channel strategy and monthly content calendar
  • Writing, scheduling and publishing
  • Community management and DM handling
  • Influencer sourcing and coordination
  • Monthly reporting with a clear next move

Design that moves the needle.

Creative process that made an impact to reaching more customers, clients, and leads.

Booking software for tattoo artists, barbershops and salons. They wanted influencers to grow their reach — but with no content of their own, there was nothing for anyone to amplify. So we built the content first. The audience more than doubled, and the press came looking.

A skincare brand starting from zero on the most crowded feed there is. Every competitor had settled on the same clean, clinical look — so we deliberately did not. From no followers at all to 30+ creators briefed and a first live that moved 20+ products.

An agency winning clients faster than design could keep up with. More hours was never going to fix it — a system was. 15+ clients across Australia, New York and the UK, 40+ carousels, and a standard that held on every single one.

Identity work, start to finish.

Brands I've built from the name outward — mark, type, palette, and the templates the team uses once I've handed over. Every one of these shipped with source files and a set of rules simple enough to actually follow.

The five decisions behind every piece.

I tag everything I make against these five axes. It means a post that performs can be explained and repeated, and a post that flops tells us which decision to change — instead of scrapping the whole thing and guessing again.

  1. P
    Persona
Who this is for, specifically enough that someone else feels left out.
  2. A
    Angle
The argument it makes. Same product, different reason to care.
  3. F
    Format
Carousel, short video, static. Decided by the message, not the calendar.
  4. U
    USP
The one claim doing the work. If there are three, there are none.
  5. E
    Emotion
What it should feel like to scroll past. Relief reads differently from urgency.

How I actually work.

Justine Javines

I'm a solo generalist, which is the point. Strategy, design, copy and the channel sit with one person, so nothing gets lost in a handover and you're not the one translating between three freelancers.

I'm open about using AI as part of the process — it's how I get to thirty variants instead of three, and it's why a one-person shop can move at the pace of a small team. What ships is still my call. I'll tell you which parts were AI-assisted if you want to know, and I keep that record either way.

Before we start I write down what's in scope and what isn't. Clear boundaries up front are better for both of us than a slow drift into resentment.

What it's like to work with me.
